Friendly reminder to register for the new customer portal at https://wdmtexas.starnik.net/RP_default.aspx. This will allow you to access your account number to make online and e-check payments, set up recurring payments, register for e-bills, and update your contact information.
Please note, if you are setting up your account for recurring payments, you will need to make a payment on your current balance, and the draft will go into effect for your next billing cycle.
As always, you may still make payments at any of our locations, online, by mail, or by calling our automated IVR system at 281-968-9090.

There will not be any late fees this billing cycle due to the transition.

The Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 286 (HC MUD 286) would like to inform you of a change in water operators for the District.
Water District Management will begin serving HC MUD 286 as our District Operator on April 1, 2025.
Informational door hangers will be distributed on March 31, 2025, and additional information will be in your April water bill.
